Trudy Bourgeois
Trudy Bourgeois is the founder and President of Workforce Excellence. She is a consultant, speaker and executive coach. She is the author of two leadership books"Her Corner Office 2nd:  A Guide to Help Women to Find a Voice and Place in Corporate America" now available in a second edition and the "The Hybrid Leader:  Blending the Best of the Male and Female Leadership Styles".

Trudy is sought after as a global expert on workforce performance strategies.  She speaks at conferences, retreats and other corporate events on the subjects that she is most passionate about including:  leadership, change, diversity and cultural transformation.



Dr. David Archibald

David Archibald has been a frequent speaker at state and national conferences on such topics as "Lead with Your Left Ventricle, Not Your Right Fist," "How to Lead in a Culture of Change," "What a Great Idea - Too Bad It Didn't Work!" and "Leadership Strategies for Implementing Change." 

Although he formally retired from education in 2005, he has maintained his interest in, commitment to, and passion, for leadership and change and continues to consult with both educational institutions and corporate entities on these two very dynamic and critical concepts.

Dr. Julie C. Ponquinette, M.D.

Dr. Julie C. Ponquinette, M.D., specializes in psychiatry. She is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. She has been practicing medicine for more than 45 years.  

Dr. Ponquinette is a trailblazer. She  led the desegregation of colleges in the South.  She was the first black student admitted to Spring Hill College in Mobile in 1954. Dr. Ponquinette attended medical school at Meharry Medical College School of Medicine, Nashville TN.  She serves as advisory to the CWE team offering insight on such issues as change, emotional intelligence, confidence and leadership agility.  She also is called on to engage in strategic coaching sessions where team dynamics are a key area of focus.
