Leading With Excellence…CWE’s Blueprint For Leadership Excellence

The Center for Workforce Excellence has developed an AWARD-WINNING, proven-to-work, multi-module learning and development LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE program.

The interrelated leadership training modules take place over 6 to 12 months and are designed for first-time managers all the way up to leaders on the cusp of becoming VPs.

CWE’s Blueprint For Leadership Excellence has been designed to provide emerging leaders an opportunity to expand their leadership toolkit. This program specifically focuses on self-management, relationship development, branding and effective communication. These four elements must be mastered in order for an emerging leader to be viewed as capable of moving into higher levels of responsibility. The ultimate deliverable for this program is more effective leaders that understand how to add greater value to the organization.

For each module, focus is placed on sharing practical steps to ensure that the new behaviors can and will be sustained. In addition, each module’s topic is customized to your organization’s specific needs.
