Strategic Planning Facilitation
The CWE facilitation team is highly skilled and objective in strategic planning facilitation. The facilitator guides a group through the creation of a customized plan to address a specific area of focus. The time investment is contingent upon the desired outcomes. Programs are a minimal of one full day but can last up to 5 days (for long range planning). Every program that is facilitated by CWE includes a research/discovery phase. This phase occurs, through phone interviews, prior to the actually planning session and enables the facilitator to obtain a better understanding of the challenges and cultures to help shape the design of the program.

These sessions are intense and require a high level of commitment. Working with the client and his/her team these session's process the blueprint for success inclusive of a method to evaluate progress.
